Terms & Conditions

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the goods in the condition in which they arrived within 14 days of delivery. We will exchange your product, or if you prefer a refund will be made directly to your credit / debit card.

Returning Items

We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However in the unlikely event that you are not, we are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided they are in perfect condition. Please contact our customer service team to advise that you wish to do so. Once the items have been received, a refund will be issued.

We recommend that for all returns you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us, cannot be credited to you.

Dispatch & Delivery

When you place an order it will be dispatched from our warehouse and should arrive with you in 3 - 5 working days, stock permitting. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, standard 2nd class. Any delivery charges are shown in your basket before you checkout. These charges are per item.

Please note programme delivery is subject to Royal Mail and are not guaranteed to arrive for matchday.

Single issue orders will be fulfilled upon release of each edition. Subscriptions start with next available issue, subscription files are processed approx 5 days before a game so if you subscribe within this period it will start with the following game, not the game to be played within a few days.

If you unfortunately do not receive an order, we need to be informed within 30 days of the order being placed or the game being played. If the period of time before communicating to us exceeds this we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If you receive your goods and the package has been damaged in transit, you will be able to obtain a claim form from Royal Mail. Should you be unable to claim with Royal Mail, please return the item and the packaging as received to us and we will happily exchange for you, refunding your return postage.

If for any reason the goods themselves are faulty or damaged within the intact packaging, please advise us immediately upon receipt and return to us as soon as possible for an exchange or refund if you prefer. You must advise us of any faults or damages within 14 days and return any goods to us within 30 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that we send you an incorrect product, please return to us and on receipt we will refund your return postage costs and send you a replacement.

Should you wish to exchange an item, please advise us and return to us and we are more than happy to exchange for an alternative item. Please note that in this instance your return postage will not be refunded and any refund due, will be minus the cost of posting out the exchange item to you.
